This Privacy Policy describes how D.C. DIGITAL VENTURES LLC ("Glozr", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website at glozr.com and our software-as-a-service platform (collectively, the "Service").
1. Who we are
Glozr is operated by D.C. DIGITAL VENTURES LLC, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA (EIN: 37-2157913). Our primary means of contact is [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a hashed value).
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card numbers. We receive confirmation of payment and, where required for tax purposes, your billing address.
Usage data. We collect information about how you use the Service: features accessed, agent configurations, conversation volumes, and browser/device information (IP address, browser type, time zone).
Content you provide. Documents, URLs, and other materials you upload to train your AI agent are stored and processed to provide the Service.
Visitor data (your end-users). When you deploy a Glozr widget, conversation messages and any lead data (name, email) captured through your widget are stored in your workspace. You are the data controller for this data.
Cookies and analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies for session management and basic analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to: provide and improve the Service; process payments and send invoices; send transactional emails (account creation, password reset, billing receipts); respond to support requests; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you signed up for); legitimate interests (improving the Service, security); compliance with legal obligations; and, where required, your consent.
5. Data sharing
We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including: cloud hosting providers; payment processors (Stripe, PayPal); email delivery services; and error monitoring tools. These providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate security measures.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Glozr, our users, or the public.
6. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, except where longer retention is required by law.
Conversation logs stored in your workspace are retained until you delete them or delete your account.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict our processing; and data portability.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
