Terms of Sale

SaaS subscriptions. Glozr offers monthly and annual software subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Business). Access to the Service begins immediately upon successful payment. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

White Label subscription. The White Label plan is a recurring subscription ($247/month, or $99/month billed annually at $1,188 per year) granting you the right to operate a rebranded instance of the Glozr platform, fully hosted and managed by us, for the purpose of providing services to third-party clients under your own brand. It renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. There is no setup fee.

Hosting, updates and support. Hosting, maintenance, software updates and technical support are all included in the White Label subscription at no additional charge for as long as the subscription remains active.

Commercial Starter Pack. White Label subscribers receive the Commercial Starter Pack at no additional charge. It is delivered by email within 7 days after the free trial period converts into a paid subscription.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store payment card information. By providing payment details, you authorise the applicable charge.

Annual subscriptions are charged in full at the start of each annual billing period. Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly.

Subscription plans, including the White Label plan, include a 7-day free trial period. No payment is taken at sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges. There are no pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.

We do not offer refunds for subscription payments already processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.

The White Label plan follows the same cancellation and refund terms as other subscriptions (Section 4). You may cancel at any time from your account or by email; cancellation stops future charges, and your branded instance is decommissioned at the end of the paid period. The 7-day free trial lets you fully evaluate the platform before any payment is taken.

Subscription payments already processed are non-refundable, and there are no pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.

Your branded White Label instance is provisioned automatically on our infrastructure as soon as your trial begins. Right after sign-up you complete a short branding form (name, logo, colours, domain); configuration typically completes within 1–3 hours, after which access details, an admin walkthrough and a written cheat-sheet are sent by email.

Because the platform is fully hosted and managed by us, you do not need to provide any server, hosting credentials, or technical setup. Your only input is your branding details and the domain you wish to use.

The White Label subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to operate a rebranded, hosted instance of the Glozr platform for the purpose of providing services to end-user clients under your own brand, for as long as the subscription remains active. You do not receive the source code, and you may not use the platform to operate a competing white-label offering.

Hosting, maintenance and software updates are managed by us and applied automatically. They are included for the duration of the subscription at no additional charge.

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the SaaS platform. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D.C. DIGITAL VENTURES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Mexico, USA.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
